Presentation

The establishment of the IBMB Bioinformatics and Data Analysis (BDA-IBMB) Service addresses the need to systematically analyze NGS data from various research groups at the IBMB-CSIC institute. Currently specializing in ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq data analysis, which are highly demanded by internal users, the Service is led by a qualified Bioinformatics expert. Services encompass NGS data acquisition from service-providing entities, sample quality control, read alignment, personalized data processing, and the creation of publication-ready figures, legends, and methods sections.

Equipment

The BDA-IBMB Service has access to high-performance computational clusters dedicated to processing and storing the files derived from the analyses. The service uses computer capabilities with the following specifications:
