Judith García and Alex Ascunde were awarded with a Gemma Rosell i Romero prize

Judith García, from Chromatin and gene regulation Research Group, and Alex Ascunde, from Intracellular Signaling group, were awarded with a Gemma Rosell i Romero award.

Premis Gemma Rosell i Romero are awards to promote biomedical research carried out by university students. They were held on September 19, 20 and 21, 2023 at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the University of Barcelona (Campus Clínic). The organizers of the awards were the Universitat de Barcelona in collaboration with Societat Catalana de Biologia, Academia de Ciencias Médicas y de la Salud de Cataluña y de Baleares, and Asociación de Estudiantes de Ciencias de la Salud (AECS).
