Presentation
The processing of experimental tissues, organs and/or animals for microscopic study requires
the preparation of histological sections in microtomes, vibratomes, cryotomes, etc., appropriate
to the characteristics of the optical instruments used for visualization (optical, confocal,
fluorescence microscopy, etc.).
The service provides IBMB researchers with methodological and technical assistance in the field of sample preparation for histological analysis.
Available services: Preparation of samples (embedding) and vibratome sectioning of samples.
